– New, unused, undamaged merchandise with all original seals, labels and packaging may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with original receipt. All items will be checked before processing the return and will be at the discretion of Modern Design to make the return.
– In case of return, one of the following alternatives will be offered to the client by agreement between the parties: repair of the merchandise, exchange, or credit of the value paid. No refunds will be given.
– All purchase of merchandise in liquidation is final and has no exchange.
– Mirrors and basins that have been properly shipped are non-returnable. The customer must verify this before leaving the establishment.
– Toilets must be checked by the customer before being dispatched. Once delivered, you will have 30 days for claims for factory damage (eg, leaks). They must be installed before this term. Claims do not apply to goods that are damaged after being checked. You must check the factory defect or malfunction of the item. You must submit video and photos of the same.
– Special orders (e.g. kitchens) are not refundable for any reason, the customer cancel the order, you lose your deposit.
– All orders must be picked up within 5-10 days. After this time, the order will be cancelled and the customer will lose his deposit.
– Please check the merchandise before leaving the store. The customer is responsible for reading and accepting these policies.
